Sounds of the game… Red Sox-Rays workout

Game 3 of the ALCS between Boston and Tampa Bay is set for Monday afternoon at 4:37 p.m. at Fenway Park, with Jon Lester opposing Tampa Bay righthander Matt Garza. The Red Sox arrived back in Boston at 7 a.m. and got a few hours of sleep before heading over to Fenway for an optional workout. The last thing a lot of the Red Sox wanted to do was talk about something that they just finished talking about a few hours earlier. Who could blame them? But talk they did and we were there to bring it to you.
Dustin Pedroia looks to Jon Lester for a pick-me-up.
Pedroia said the team is glad to be back at Fenway.
Pedroia said the team isn’t worried about sleep right now.
Pedroia said Beckett will be fine.
Manny Delcarmen on the battle of the bullpens.
Jacoby Ellsbury said the Red Sox will put Game 2 to rest.
Ellsbury on the strength of Lester.
Jason Bay on being back home at Fenway.
Jason Varitek said Saturday night was just another long night in the playoffs.
Varitek said Beckett will turn the page.
Varitek said frustration is over-rated.
Kevin Youkilis said Lester has become team ace.
Youk said the team is looking forward to three home games in a row.
Tampa Bay arrived at Fenway at about 6:30 Sunday evening to fulfill media obligations and fulfill them they did. The Rays, however, did not elect to have a workout.
Evan Longoria said the Rays definitely didn’t want to head back to Fenway in a 2-0 hole.

Longoria said the Rays are a young group enjoying themselves.
